Roundhouse Thinking goes to great lengths to understand individuals and businesses in order to help devise training solutions fit for purpose. Whether it is an open course to improve and develop a particular skill set, or a company-wide training programme, Roundhouse Thinking successfully provides training solutions.

Feedback is extremely important to us and helps us continuously improve and celebrate our success. We have worked with a variety of businesses and individuals and we are very proud of the feedback received.

When Derbyshire Health United chose to update their appraisals process as part of their ongoing commitment to business improvement and ensuring that they fully support their staff; Roundhouse Thinking was asked to design a bespoke Appraisals Training programme for over 30 managers across 3 different sites. This process was to reinforce their managers’ existing people management skills, as well as introduce and embed the new appraisals process.

The Derbyshire Health United staff were incredibly engaging and enthusiastic individuals and unanimously enjoyed the experience at the same time as improving their management competency.

Derbyshire Health United were a great organisation to work with and made the process very simple, they also had an active input into the training design and sat with our trainer to ensure that we would be delivering exactly what the organisation required.

Roundhouse Thinking were able to fit the training around the client’s shift patterns and differing locations as well as provide delivery at our own site to deliver the training in line with the schedule for the new process.

I would like to take this opportunity to praise Roundhouse Thinking for all the support you have given East Midlands Trains.

We have worked in partnership with your organisation for several years and throughout this time your organisation have been highly professional and always willing to meet our needs and flex accordingly.

All employees of Roundhouse Thinking have demonstrated a willingness to want to understand our business and deliver against our needs whilst ensuring the quality is of a high standard is always appreciative.

I would highly recommend you to other businesses and look forward to our continued

The Company had introduced a new first level management team structure. We knew as a business it was imperative to obtain 'buy in' with the staff and that the type of training with the right delivery was crucial.

We put out to tender the opportunity of a bespoke training package and Derby College Roundhouse Thinking were quick in their response. Fiona Skinner came out to visit us and discuss our individual business requirements. She had a wealth of knowledge of our industry and the staff profiles that the delivery would be aimed at.

A training programme was designed and tweaked to meet our needs and training dates were quick to follow.

Our trainer Shona Neish was superb in both her friendly approach and delivery all the feed-back from the staff was excellent. She was quick to develop relationships and managed to get the best out of them.

Overseeing the whole event was Jordan Burke, on the first day of training he came to visit and check that everything was set up correctly and that we were satisfied with the service. It hasn't stopped there Jordan has kept in contact to ensure our future training needs are met.

I have no hesitation in recommending Roundhouse Thinking and feel that we have developed a strong relationship and look forward to building upon the current training programme into further bespoke training over the next 18 to 24 months.
