Mental Health First Aid

Healthy people are happier, more engaged and more productive at home and in the workplace. Employers across the UK should act now to support the wellbeing of their people and create mentally healthy businesses.

According to MHFA England, ‘mental ill health costs UK employers £34.9 billion each year’, with stress, anxiety and depression being the biggest cause of sickness absence in our society.

Mental health first aid training not only improves people’s knowledge and confidence surrounding mental health, it helps reduce stigma.

Businesses have an opportunity to address the issue of ignorance around mental health in the workplace, by educating staff to spot signs of ill mental health and encouraging more people to talk about it. As a result, it improves the workplace for their staff and has a positive impact on business profitability.

We are now working with MHFA England, to deliver three courses to suit a range of timescales and budgets. From basic mental health awareness to a full Mental Health First Aid qualification, we can support your employees needs.
