This e-learning course is validated by Highfield Qualifications and

available online through the Highfield Learning Management System,

allowing you to monitor, manage and record all training activity. Your

knowledge will be tested via 50 multiple-choice questions spread across

the ten modules. On completion of the course, the system produces

a personalised Highfield Qualifications Commended Certificate.

 

Please note: this course does not provide a qualification but does meet

mandatory training requirements as evidence that you have been trained

to the appropriate level. If you wish to achieve a recognised Level 2 food

safety qualification, you must sit an exam with us.
